Agreement

By visiting frontend.beauty, using a tool, or installing an app we publish, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Who we are

Frontend Beauty operates the website athttps://www.frontend.beauty and related client-side tools and applications (the “Services”). Contact:X (@frontendbeauty)orGitHub.

The Services

The Services may include:

• Educational articles, interview notes, roadmaps, and practice quizzes
• A browser playground and other developer utilities
• A screen recorder and similar media tools that run on your device
• Mobile or desktop apps we publish under the Frontend Beauty name

The Services are provided free of charge and without registration. Features may change, move, or be withdrawn at any time.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region, or use the Services only with a parent or guardian’s permission. The Services are not directed at children under 13.

License to use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own learning and work. You may not:

• Scrape, bulk-download, or republish our content as your own product
• Remove attribution or license notices from our source or content
• Use the Services to break the law or to harm other people
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the website or impersonate Frontend Beauty

Project source code is offered under the MIT License unless a file says otherwise. Written educational content follows the project license. You still need to respect third-party trademarks and any linked primary sources (MDN, react.dev, and so on).

Your content stays on your device

Anything you type, paste, record, generate, or import — including code, JSON, tokens, quiz answers, screen recordings, microphone audio, and camera video — is processed on your device. We do not host it, back it up, or put it in a database.

You are responsible for that material: keep copies if you need them, do not put secrets on a shared device, and treat playground share links as public if you send them to someone. Clearing site data or uninstalling an app permanently deletes local data. We cannot restore it.

You retain whatever rights you already have in your content. You grant us no license to use it, because we never receive it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law or anyone else’s rights
• Record or capture other people without any permission the law requires
• Upload or process malware, or attempt to attack our hosts or other users
• Misrepresent our materials as official certification or legal advice

Interview guides, quizzes, and roadmaps are educational. They are not an offer of employment, a credential, or a guarantee of any interview outcome.

Third-party services

The site may link to other websites and may load Google Analytics on some pages. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for them. Hosting and delivery currently run on infrastructure we do not fully control (for example Vercel).

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free, or that files you export will be compatible with every player or editor.

Tools such as the JWT decoder, JSON utilities, and screen recorder are provided for convenience. Verify important results yourself. Do not rely on them as the only check for security, legal, or production decisions.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRONTEND BEAUTY AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for them in the twelve months before the claim (which is zero if the Services are free).

Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, our liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows.

Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. Uninstall apps and clear site data if you want local copies gone. We may suspend or stop offering any part of the Services without notice.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not, stop using the Services.

General

These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services. If a court finds one part unenforceable, the rest still applies. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. These terms do not create a partnership or employment relationship.

If a dispute arises, we hope you will contact us first so we can try to fix it. Rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country are not affected.
